Ashton Lynne Rondon is the CEO of Dulce Vida Public Relations, where she supports her clients by using innovative marketing and public relations strategies to drive more brand awareness, community engagement, and revenue. Her clients ranging from local, national, and global brands have been featured in Rolling Stone, Forbes, the Huffington Post, the New York Times, trade publications, and more.
In addition to working with brands, Rondon also has a passion for helping women learn to live happier and fulfilled lives. After a 5-year journey of self-exploration that lead to her living her best life, she became committed to supporting other women looking to do the same. In 2016, she founded Women Who Werk to educate, inspire, and empower women to overcome past trauma so they can live life on purpose. To date, hundreds of female leaders, mothers, fempreneurs, and boss ladies have signed up for coaching, werkshops, and events.
When she's not running her businesses, she enjoys being a mom, indulging in a hefty self-love routine, wifey duties, spending time with family and friends, traveling, reading, cooking, salsa dance nights, writing, learning new life hacks, and spending time outdoors.
Rondon is a native Austinite who graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a bachelor's degree in Public Relations with a minor in business.
