Coffee Chats feature leaders in the creative community sharing their personal and professional experiences to inspire others pursuing careers in art. Our December Coffee Chat features Anna Gallagher-Ross, Associate Artistic Director & Curator at Fusebox.
Anna has spent the last 10 years passionately committed to the curation and production of the visual, performing, and literary arts. Born and raised in West Toronto, Canada, she is currently based in Austin, Texas, where she is the Associate Artistic Director & Curator of Fusebox, a non-profit arts organization, which produces one of American’s largest interdisciplinary arts festivals that features 60+ adventurous performances, exhibitions, and other events, in addition to a robust year-round season of programming. She is regularly invited to give talks on curation and arts management at festivals, arts organizations, and conferences (most recently at SXSW in Austin; On the Boards in Seattle; and Transform Festival in Leeds, UK.).
